A Morning of Wellness

Let's start the year off right together!

Join us for yoga, meditation, and a teaching kitchen. Come hungry as we will be making nourish bowls and enjoying a healthy meal together.

📍 Location: CCS Rec Center

Ticket price: 12 years and older, $10 per person

Please note that your ticket is non-refundable.

Event Highlights:

Yoga class led by one of Atlanta's top yoga teachers and reiki healers, Joanna Elkhoury, owner of Truth in Motion yoga studio
Meditation and intention setting for the coming year
Teaching kitchen led by Allison van Camp, neighbor and nutritionist with 10 years of experience counseling clients on healthy eating
Make your own nourish bowl, built on healthy wholesome plant-based superfoods

Dress/What to Bring: Bring a bottle of water and come in comfortable clothes appropriate for yoga. Also, bring a yoga/exercise mat if you have one.

Get your Zen on with Yoga in the Park! Join us on May 9th at 6:00pm for an evening of yoga. Our flow will be led by Pam of Yoga 6 Roswell. All levels welcome. Bring a mat or towel and meet at the field behind the rec center.

The summer might be winding down, but we've got one more sizzling celebration to kick off the school year with a bang! Come join us for our Back-to-School BBQ at the Rec Center Pool. Delicious food, refreshing drinks, fun bounce house for the kids, a DJ, and great company and conversations all included. The pool will be open! $10 per person. Max of four guests per household please.

Country Club of the South Dog Parade

Bring your fur babies to walk the loop around the Rec Center. Costumes welcomed of course. Monetary donations or donations of dog treats, puppy pads, dog toys and food will be accepted and be given directly to Furkids. Coffee, donuts, and dog treats will be served!
